British Actress Kate O'Mara has died at 74. O'Mara had film, stage and screen credits spanning from 1964 to 2013, some of her highlights were portraying Dietrich in Lunch with Marlene, the villainous Rani in two Doctor Who serials, and Patsy Stone's sister Jackie on Absolutely Fabulous. But Kate is perhaps best remembered for her role as Joan Collins sister on Dynasty. R.I.P
